I am currently in-network with Aetna Insurance!
If you do not have Aetna insurance or prefer to pay out of pocket, my standard fee is $120 for a 45-minute session.
I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who meet the criteria.
Sessions are typically 45 minutes long and held weekly to support consistent and impactful work together
I am currently in-network with Aetna insurance only.
If you have a different insurance provider, I am considered an out-of-network provider. While I do not bill other insurance companies directly, many clients are able to receive partial or full reimbursement from their insurance provider once their deductible is met.
I’m happy to provide a monthly Superbill (a detailed invoice) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
To better understand your coverage, I recommend reaching out to your insurance provider with the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental/behavioral health benefits?
What is my out of network deductible before I can get reimbursed? How much of my deductible has currently been met?
What percentage of each therapy session is covered?
What is the process for submitting claims?
"Out of network" therapy refers to therapy services provided by a therapist who is not contracted with your health insurance plan. This means that you may have to pay the therapist’s full fee upfront.
Depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to submit a claim for reimbursement from your insurance provider. If your plan allows for out-of-network coverage, you can submit a Superbill (a detailed receipt) from the therapist to their insurance provider. The insurance company may then reimburse a portion of the fee, depending on your plan.
